GSA Administrator Denise Turner Roth delivers keynote to National Contract Management Association World Congress
ORLANDO — Yesterday, the U.S. General Services Administrator (GSA) Denise Turner Roth spoke at this year’s National Contract Management Association (NCMA) World Congress 2016 event in Orlando, Florida. Roth spoke on the changes she foresees coming to the world of government acquisitions and how category management remains an integral part of federal acquisition. Category management enables GSA’s Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) to build, develop, and share tools and expertise needed for the government to make the right buying decisions, reduce duplication, and deliver the best value for customers.
GSA Administrator Roth said, “GSA is constantly driving forward transformative initiatives and new methods or products to better serve our federal partners, industry stakeholders, and most importantly, the American people.”
